Microsoft Dynamics Customer Source Login Instructions
Microsoft Customer Source is a one stop shop where Dynamics customers can go to learn about their Enhancement Plan, download software updates and fixes, and access a wide variety of training materials. Since you’ll definitely want to take advantage of these resources, follow the instructions below to learn how to log into Customer source.
Step 1: If you don’t already have a Microsoft account or a Volume licensing account, click here. If you do have one of these accounts, skip to Step 9.
Hint: You already have a Microsoft account if your organization uses Office 365, Outlook.com or OneDrive.
Step 2: Fill out the form that appears when you click on the link above.
Be sure to use your company email address, rather than a personal one and write down the password you enter on this form. You’ll need it later.
Step 3: After submitting the form, you will see a screen like the one below asking you to verify your email.
Step 4: Check your email. After a few minutes, you should receive a message from “Microsoft account team [[email protected]] with the subject “Verify your email address.” When you open the email, it should look something like the one shown below.
Step 5: Click the link that says “Verify [insert your email address]”
Step 6: A new page like the one shown below will open.
Step 7: Click “OK.”
Step 8: A new page that looks similar to the one below will open up.
Step 9: Contact your Microsoft partner, (Intelligent Technologies, Inc.), to request that we create a Customer Source account for your organization or associate your email address with your company’s existing Customer Source account.
Step 10: Once we have done that, you will receive an email from “[email protected]” with the subject “Microsoft Dynamics Customer Source Invitation.” When you open the email, it should look something like the one shown below.
Step 11: Click the first link in the email. It should be similar to this, “https://mb2.microsoft.com/userinfo/AccountSaved.aspx…”
Step 12: A new Customer Source login window like the one shown below will open up, enter your email address and the password you created in Step 2.
You will now be logged into Customer Source and see a screen that looks like this.
To find out more about your current Enhancement Plan, click the tile on the Customer Source homepage labeled “Learn More About Your Service Plan.”
To access a library of training resources, click the tile on the Customer Source homepage labeled “Get Trained with eLearning.”
Step 13: Sign out and/or simply close the browser window when you’re done browsing Customer Source. Bookmark this link: https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource/northamerica for the next time you want to log in.
