With over 40 years of experience helping businesses solve technology challenges, William brings deep expertise in both Managed IT and ERP solutions. This means your first conversation is with someone who understands strategy, operations, and the realities of implementing technology that works for your business.

Do I need to be technical to get value?

Is the call free and obligation‑free?

Yes. The Discovery Call is no‑cost and no pressure. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you to a better path. 

We’re on Dynamics GP—can you help even if we’re not ready to switch?

Yes. We’ll maintain and optimize your current GP environment and help you plan for life after GP (e.g., evaluating Acumatica) on a timeline that works for you. (We no longer sell new GP implementations.)

What if we already have an MSP or ERP partner?

That’s fine. Many clients use us for a second opinion, a roadmap, or co‑managed support without disrupting existing relationships. We can collaborate or stand in as needed.
