CRM 2013 Gives Current Dynamics CRM Users Plenty to Get Excited About
Microsoft Dynamics CRM continues to drive innovation so that current CRM customers can get more and more value from their investment. With the latest release, you'll benefit from key application enhancements, new user experiences, and technology platform breakthroughs.
- Streamlined processes—The Microsoft Dynamics CRM December 2012 Service Update includes three predefined sales and service process definitions for lead, opportunity, and case management. Close deals faster and increase customer loyalty with configurable best practices and enhanced collaborative selling capabilities.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM now provides a flattened and streamlined user interface which helps guide users through a business process to reach a goal, instead of using a more traditional transactional approach. Also, support for Microsoft Office 2013 offers new features, including the ability to export data to Microsoft Excel for analysis.
- Improved collaboration with Yammer—With Yammer, Microsoft Dynamics CRM users can participate in social conversations directly within the Dynamics application. Messages can be posted from Dynamics CRM to Yammer and vice versa, and CRM users can follow leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and cases that they are responsible for.
- Better flexibility—As you consider broadening your usage and deployment of Dynamics CRM, Microsoft continue to offer flexible options: on-premises, online, or hybrid. Furthermore, additional web browsers, computers, and mobile devices are now supported.
